EFT Level 1- The Basics and Beyond
This Workshop provides not only a solid foundation to tapping, but takes you beyond the basics with Pro EFT processes, like the Golden Gate Technique and Reversal Neutralization.

We teach you how to use it to alleviate negative emotions like stress, anxiety, phobias, frustration, anger, cravings, and more. These experiential workshops are 8 hours long and are enjoyable, fast-paced and enlightening. You should leave with a good foundation of tapping, knowing how to comfortably use it for yourself, family and friends on simple issues.

This 2-day course will help reinforce what you will have learned in the basic course and takes you to the next level of expertise. In this workshop you'll learn how to use Pro EFT for more complex issues and multi-faceted issues. You'll also learn more about Polarity Reversals, tapping into your intuition, and Bundling Baggage Technique. Additionally you'll learn the Tearless Trauma Technique, and the advanced Choices Method.

Using Pro-EFT to Release Women’s Fears During Pregnancy

What is Project Peaceful Pregnancy?

Project Peaceful Pregnancy is a study to confirm the effectiveness of Progressive Emotional Freedom Techniques (Pro-EFT) for helping women overcome their fears regarding pregnancy and childbirth. It is free to all who qualify to be in the study.

Participants who qualify agree to the following:
1. Participate in a minimum of three and up to six group tapping sessions ($300 value).

2. Complete an evaluation after each tapping session.

Group EFT phone sessions will be conducted on Monday evenings beginning October 18th and continuing through November 22nd. Sessions will begin at 6:00 p.m. Pacific time/9:00 p.m. Eastern time and last between 60 and 75 minutes.

It has been a joy offering the Tapping Healing Circles these past couple of months.

If you are a parent, or work with children – I am offering a free/by donation talk on “Freedom in your Fingertips – Tapping with Children” this coming Thursday (please find details below): Being able to recognize and release some of my own “triggers” and resolve old emotional baggage has made me a better parent and without doubt has been one of the greatest gifts I’ve given to my children and family. Imagine, additionally of becoming a clearer and happier parent yourself, you can also teach your children a simple tool that helps them process there emotions as they come up, and by that avoid accumulating a lot of childhood baggage themselves?!? Yay!
