    Taro Gerritsen will be our guide in this journey while holding, being, and living from inner spaciousness and peace herself. She brings decades of experience in meditation and as a personal spiritual transformation consultant. Taro will support us with presence, clarity, humor and insight.     Heike Prevrhal will introduce and teach Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), an effective self-healing tool that addresses and dissolves emotional blocks, anxiety, phobias, stress, physical pain and other obstacles that seemingly get in the way of relaxing into peace and awareness.     Location

    Our weekend retreat will be held at Leonard Lake near Ukiah, http://www.leonardlakereservellc.com, one of the true remaining gems of Northern California’s old-growth redwood forest. Its grounding energy and the amazing nature setting will support your coming home.

    Friday May 7, 2010, 6 pm - Sunday May 9, 4 pm.

    Cost

    Cost is $290 per person for workshop fees and all meals. We offer lodging options at different price levels - see below.

    Lodging

    Lodging is available on-site at the Leonard Lake Reserve Big House at different price ranges (See their web site for pictures):

    • $70 (=$35 per night) for camping style sleeping in loft space (BYO mat and sleeping bag)
    • $100 (=$50 per night) for bed in spacious loft space
    • $260 (=$130 per night) for nice private double room

    Food

    Jennifer Lynch, a first-rate chef and professional caterer in San Francisco, will take care of all meals in organic gourmet quality (vegetarian and gluten free). Please visit her web site at http://www.jenniferlunch.com. All meals are included in the workshop fee!

    Total cost for weekend

    Workshop fee including all meals is $290 per person.
    Total for weekend, depending on lodging option:
    $360, $390, $420 (shared double room), $550 (private room).

    How to enroll

    The workshop is limited to 16 participants. Since spots are expected to fill quickly please reserve early by contacting Heike at heike@releaseintopeace.net or 415-652-1552. A $50 early-bird discount will apply before 2/28/10.
